H 1200 NC F1500-F3000 is an automatic double column bandsaw suitable for straight cuts of sectional steels, pipes and solid materials, The machine uses an innovative interface with 10″ touch screen display, guarantees for the highest cutting performance thanks to its rigid structure and 10° inclined blade which reduces stress on machine components, decreases cutting times and extends blade life in square sectional material.

Battery Laser Line

Premium quality battery powered laser line. Can be fitted to most bandsaws and some circular saws. Excellent battery life and adjustable projection line. This is a useful device when this machine is being used in semi automatic mode for general fabrication activities.

Addimist

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended for cutting tubes and sectional material where flood lubricant loss through the material is a problem. This precision delivery system allows adjustment for the number of pulses per min, and the quantity of each dose. (requires compressed air supply) The standard flood system is retained for cutting solid material and the operator can simply switch between systems.

Powered Laser Line

Imet factory fit wired laser line (we have a selection of alternative Addison retro-fit products as well). This is a useful device when this machine is being used in semi automatic mode for general fabrication activities.

Industry 4.0

IMET automatic machines can be connected to the company network and be used remotely thanks SAWFACTORY and modem. Mesh Barrier

According to CE law, it’s also available the protection safety system made by metallic barriers that covers the machine on the 4 side with CNC managed access doors to regulate and control the operator access to the . working area.

Light curtain

It’s possible, if the user doesn’t want a full metallic barriers protection system, to install a pair of photocells instead of one of the metallic side.

Cutting Control

H 1200 NC has an easy and intuitive interface dedicated to optimize the user-experience: thanks the CNC system and 10″ touch screen display the user can manage all the machine operating functions, set up to 99 cutting programs and multiple cutting lengths on the same bar, set the number of feeder strokes, the number of pieces and blade speed. It’s also possible run diagnostics to detect errors.

Material feeder

Feeder length is 1500mm and (option for 3000mm) with automatic stroke repetition, movement on linear ball guides. Minimum scrap end on a single bar is 150mm and 325mm with bundle cutting. H 1200 NC has a high positioning precision and feed repetition thanks to the innovative system of geared motor driven by inverter and controlled by a linear or encoder and mechanical on position clamping.

Sawframe

H 1200 NC is produced intentionally with extra heavy steel material to absorb vibration, enhance structural stability and run very high band tension (2000kg/cm2 ) giving maximum possible accuracy and cutting performance. The blade it inclined by 5° to enhance the cutting of square section and flat plate material.

Material Detection System

Device to automatically detect the material height, this unit allows fast approach to the material before switching to the selected speed for the cutting cycle. The blade is only raised 1mm above the cut piece to reduce cycle times.

Inverter Speed Control

H 1200 NC F1500 is equipped with ESC electronic inverter for variable speed so that the machine is suitable to cut multiple materials (even bigger section and solids) 15/90 m/min

Main Vice

Hydraulic main vice clamping both sides of the saw blade at very close proximity to further reduce cutting vibration.

Loading/Unloading roller table (Optional)

Loading and unloading roller table with free rolls and 2 vertical containment rolls on one side. 2m length. This unit can be ordered with transmission components for motorised rollers. (Optional motorisation system control is required).

Motorization system (Optional)

Motorization system for motorized roller table. Recommended every 6m roller table. Max speed 10m/min
