Large capacity, very heavy duty rising bade high- speed sawing system designed for cutting multiple aluminium extrusions in packs, or in rafts.

This machine features a tilted back design which ensures correct positioning of the work pieces during the feeding cycle.
Includes a precise, very high speed rack driven pusher plate
Special roller to decelerate the incoming stock material ensuring it is in contact with the pusher plate at all times to deliver consistent accuracy.
The vertical clamping on this automated aluminium saw is a very clever design, giving clamping force right up to the saw blade each side, and also containing the swarf with an extraction outlet.
