Addimist Bandsaw

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended for cutting tubes and sectional material where flood lubricant loss through the material is a problem. This precision delivery system allows adjustment for the number of pulses per min, and the quantity of each dose. (requires compressed air supply) The standard flood system is retained for cutting solid material and the operator can simply switch between systems.

Everising blade deviation control

Monitoring of the blade deviation with adjustable accuracy settings. If the system detects the desired parameter is exceeded the saw is automatically shut down.

Cylinder w/ 1 Auxiliary Post

This design of cylinder with one auxiliary post allows for lifting the saw frame to achieve maximum stability, making the machine excellent for heavy duty cutting

Blade Breakage Detector

If any blade breakage occurs during cutting, the machine will automatically stop to ensure safety of the operator and the machine.

Automatic Chip Conveyor

The device delivers chips to a tank located at the outside of the machine. This helps to maintain a clean interior for the machine while saving time in the manual chip removal.

Easily operated control panel

User friendly NC touch screen control with self-diagnostic system. Hydraulic system and electric devices are controlled by PLC.

Hydraulic blade tension

The sawblade tension is controlled by hydraulic power, allowing the saw blade to maintain proper tension at all times.

Dual Vice

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic full stroke dual vice clamping system

Automatic Tracking Blade Guide

The guide arm is moving together with vice without any manual adjustment of its position – this is for cutting size over 700mm in diameter.

Linear Guideways

The guide arm travels on linear guideways for greater stability during cutting – this is for cutting size over 700mm in diameter.

Anti-vibration Roller

Designed to eliminate cutting vibration while extending saw blade life. Hydraulically adjusted.
