CSM TDRE

The TDRE model is a hybrid bender intended for the 3D bending and rolling of tubes and profiles.

The machine has servo driven B, C, X and Y axis (tube rotation, bending, transverse shift of the bending head, and tube positioning) whilst clamping elements are hydraulic as is the vertical shift of the bending head (tooling stack change). Additionally the machine comes equipped with automatic mandrel retraction and lubrication. It is possible to fit the machine with two different draw bending tools or alternatively, one draw bending tool with rollers on the upper stack for the rolling of big radius bends.

Operated from a control panel with a touch display mounted on a portable stand the machine software is on an industrial PC with Windows XP allowing the input of data for a complete bending cycle whilst saved data can be copied, edited and backed up. using the USB connector for data transfer.
