Precision Semi-Automatic Upstroke Mitre Saw For Cutting Aluminium & PVC Profiles. 

The TL mitre saw has been proven to be dependable and highly accurate offering the highest safety protection without reducing operating effectiveness. It has an easy rotation cutting table for left/right mitre cuts through 180 degrees and a moving back fence to increase the width cutting capacity. Horizontal & vertical pneumatic clamps come as standard on this machine, keeping your profile locked in position while cutting. This TL 500-A also benefits from a mist spray blade lubrication system, (option for Addimist pure oil micro mist), a removable swarf drawer and a manually operated air-blow cleaning gun to ensure swarf is kept at bay within the working area of the machine.

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended over the standard soluble system, as it delivers a high performance neat oil in minute highly controlled doses. Giving a cleaner working environment with no odors or risk of skin irritation sometimes connected with soluble fluids. Each dose cane be scaled by adjusting the size of each pulse and the frequency of each pulse.

High performance swarf extraction system with dual connections above and below the cutting table. Using tangential inlets that produce a highly efficient cyclone  which easily out performs similar looking units without this design technology. It is fully compliant to handle aluminium, pvc, brass, plastics & copper. There are options to cope with a large range of dust producing materials as well. The steel container easily is removable for emptying. There is a clean up hose and tool with isolation damper.
