CSM TNCPB NC 2 Axis Tube Bender

The CSM TNCPB are a semi-automatic 2 axis hydraulic tube benders with NC control. TNCPB is intended for 3D bending of metal tube via a single bending tool and is equipped with two controlled axes. The bending arm (C axis) is operated hydraulically, servo drives are used for the rotation of the tube (B-axis), and the carriage shift (Y-axis) is positioned manually by the operator of the tube bender.

The Model’s clamping elements are driven hydraulically and it comes equipped with automatic mandrel lubrication ensuring the correct dosage at all times to avoid waste. Easy operation through a remote panel with user-friendly touch display mounted on a portable stand. The programmable software included allows input of data for a complete bending cycle while a supplied memory card has storage for an incredible 1000 different product programs. This machine model can also be equipped with the digital measuring of carriage position (Y-axis). All CSM machines run on windows based operating systems.

Clamp boost option available on the 89 TNCPB model to allow 1D bending in thin walled tubes. This feature is perfect for exhaust manufactures and products requiring compact bends, such as industrial air conditioning and water heating systems.
