TCT Saw Blades for Aluminium / UPVC

Industrial quality Tungsten Carbide Tipped circular saw blades specifically developed for cutting aluminium and non-ferrous materials. This includes cutting UPVC, copper and brass on chop saws / circular saw machines, uprising, double mitre saws, CNC machining centres and panel saws.

This range has been designed with low noise laser slots to keep the volume down during cutting, and a negative rake triple chip tooth form as standard for a premium cut finish. A positive hook tooth form is also available for cutting through plates and solid materials. Our TCT saw blades for aluminium start at 250mm in diameter and go up to 600mm.

Please note, Multi-Cut / Duracore TCT blades are suitable for running in excess of 2,000 rpm, however, the max rpm will vary depending on the diameter of the blade so please check your machine handbook for guidance.
