For ultra high speed machining of aluminium – Steel – Brass – Copper and PVC materials. The Falcon cannot be beaten on productivity, it is on average 30% faster than its nearest rivals and can be used in numerous applications including, windows, doors and curtain walling, automotive, aerospace, engineering, internal partitions, sign manufacturing, air conditioning and refrigeration. We have installed these machines for a very diverse range of applications including; machining slots, pockets, holes, custom shapes, end slotting, tapping, rigid tapping applications, drilling and flow drilling.

Mist Extraction System

Virtually Mandatory now mist extraction is an important option to consider either supplied with a new machine or easy retro-fit. Our Italy Vacuum is the most efficient and cost effective solution. Lower purchase cost than leading brand, no scheduled servicing costs as all filters with the exception of the HEPA filter can be user cleaned with an air gun or just warm water, and finally the extraction performance is industry leading by comparison.

Mecal angle drives for machining centres
Angle Drives

Angle drive with 2 tools can be orientated in either Y axis or Z axis direction, the required direction must be specified on ordering.

Angle drive with sawblade can be orientated in either Y axis or Z axis direction, the required direction must be specified on ordering.

Optional additional magazine may be required for auto change of the unit. The tools within the angle drive have to be manually changed.

Loading Zones

Single loading zone with 2 zero reference stops allowing 2 different jobs of appropriate length to be worked. Alternatively, on full length job, the machine ends can be opened to allow machining of profiles longer than the Z axis.

Clamping Positioning

MMI-system where each clamp is individually motorised for the most rapid set up times possible. They can also move during the working cycle to allow machining in zones where a standard clamp would occupy.

Designed to be the most advanced and easy to use system currently available. All of the basic programming is available with pre-loaded macros which are applied by a simple drag and drop process. The graphical 3D presentation is a clear and accurate representation that can be viewed from any angle to check for errors, and it demonstrates the orientation for the workpiece to be correctly loaded.

External Connections

We have the ability to connect to many external window packages (including Schucal-Logikal) sometimes a linking program is required at additional cost.

The converter imports IGES files in completed SW CAD 3D and creates the program to process the job. This function is in high demand from industrial clients using Inventor-Solid Works and Solid Edge type programs.
