EW-3 Extractor

Complete swarf extraction system taking from both sawblade chambers, fully compliant to handle aluminium, pvc, brass, wood, copper and composite materials. The steel container is removable for easy emptying, and the filter bags are maintained with either the standard manual shake lever or the optional pneumatic shake.

Mecal Label Printer

Thermal label printer for producing bar codes when integrating with a cnc machining centre, or recording job/customer data to attach to the workpiece.

Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyor situated at the rear of the machine to remove small offcut pieces and some swarf, it is recommended that the vacuum extraction option is also fitted.

Mecal TDC 622 Dynacut

The all new Mecal TDC-622 Dynacut is a unique machine combining the benefits of a rising blade 3 axis saw with the addition of linear feed to obtain an industry leading cutting capacity. The saw operates as a standard rising blade design. Once a material dimension wider than 200mm is input the unique sequence is activated where the saw blade advances forward underneath the saw table below the material, raises and retreats giving a massive 600mm width capacity. The machine is also equipped with a containment chute on each head to capture the off-cut pieces whilst a simple button press will empty the chute contents to the belt conveyor situated at the rear of the machine. The TDC-622 has clearly set a new benchmark for double mitre saws employing advanced design concepts to achieve higher performance, precision and reliability.

Addimist

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended over the standard flood system, as it delivers a high performance neat oil in minute highly controlled doses. Giving a cleaner working environment with no odours or risk of skin irritation sometimes connected with soluble fluids. Each dose cane be scaled by adjusting the size of each pulse and the frequency of each pulse.

Unique Fence Design

The rear fence has an animated section that is moved in synchronisation with the cutting angle. Unlike all other similar machines of this type the sawblade will never cut away the back fence.

Radial Cutting Routine

This is a unique design exclusive to Mecal. our radial action is triggered when a profile dimension in excess of 200mm wide is entered in the HMI. The sawblade acts as a normal rising blade saw to reduce cutting times, when the radial cut is performed the sawblade travels forward underneath the table raises and performs the cut on the return stroke which is the optimum direction for cutting.

Clamp Adjusting

“Never saw through a clamp again” the vertical clamps are synchronised with the mitre direction and moved automatically.
