Mecal FR 810 Copy Router

General heavy duty copy routing machine for preparation of aluminium and PVC extrusions, mainly used in the production of windows, doors, shopfronts, partitioning, curtain walling, lighting etc. Used for milling holes, slots, lock preps and pockets using templates and axis stops. The 2 speed function allows some machining of light steel sections.

Part of our aluminium fabrication machinery range, this is a compact unit with maximum routing capacity. It also features a self-release system for easy tool changes and a double acting pneumatic copy finger for three different tool sizes. The spindle also locks pneumatically at the required work height position. This Mecal copy routing machine also routs out of cylinder lock holes in profiles up to 70mm wide. Copy routing on an 1:1 ratio.

Additrack 3MS

Roller support table with manual set material stop and graduated scale. 3000mm long with 280mm wide rollers (100kg point loading) available with steel rollers and neoprene coated rollers for aluminium and materials with a sensitive surface finish. Adjustable support legs are available together with connection brackets. The modules can be joined for longer lengths.
