CSM MBE-MRE Tube Bending Machines
Multi-Stack, Multi-Axis Tube benders – Push Type
The MBE and MRE models are multi tool stack electrically & hydraulically controlled mandrel benders allowing full positioning height control over the tool stacks when 3D bending, and in the case of the MRE – rolling tubes and profiles.
These multi-axis tube benders are supplied with servo driven B, C, X, Y & Z axes. Tube rotation, bending, a transverse shift of the bending head, tube positioning and tool stack height positioning is all controlled by the servo motor. The tube bending machine’s clamping elements are driven hydraulically. An additional feature includes automatic mandrel lubrication. It is also possible to fit the machine with multiple bending tools or bending tools and rollers meant for rolling of larger radius sweeping bends. The MBE tube bender is operated via control panel with touch-screen display located on a portable stand. Software on a windows based industrial PC allows the entering of data for the complete bending cycle. Saved data can be copied, edited and backed up using the USB connector for data transfer.
These tube bending machines have been installed into many different industries within the UK.
