LS208-4 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

High speed manually or automatically loaded tube cutting and profiling fiber laser machine with the ability to work round, square, rectangular, elliptical, flat and oval tube shapes without tooling changes. This machine, by comparison, is very economically priced and opens the door for producers that are using slower and less precise production methods to increase their production output with greater accuracy.

Simple Unloading Table

3000mm unloading system with tilting table to eject tubes on to a small holding tray. The height of the table has to be manually adjusted relative to the tube diameter. This table can only be used with round tube. For square and other shapes the roller type must be used.

Roller Unloading Table

3000mm unloading table for square and rectangular tube. The rollers are powered to raise vertically and lower the finished piece to the sloped table, the pieces slide to the small receiving shelf.

Loading System

6000mm cross loading system for round, square, rectangular and some shaped tubes. There is a powered safety barrier covering the front side.

Laser

Efficient fibre laser with automatic calibration, axis servo drive at 500mm/sec speed with a tolerance of ±0.03 mm capable of processing :-
Round – Square – Rectangular – elliptical and oval tubes.
Choice of 1000w – 2000w – 3000w

Clamping

Universal 4 direction clamping system with servo drive and powered self-adjusting roller style clamping. Variable roller pressure allows clamping of thin wall materials.

Feeder

Material feeder with servo drive
Material holding chuck with servo drive and patented chuck system capable of holding circular, or rectangular / square/ elliptic / flat oval tube
