Kesmak KLS 550-700 CN Bandsaw

Heavy duty NC band saw with design features that give it a class leading performance and price. Highly recommended for production cutting of solids and sectional steels and alloys.  This machine uses a precision 800mm servo drive ball screw feeder for accurate and consistent results.

Addimist system image
Addimist Bandsaw

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended for cutting tubes and sectional material where flood lubricant loss through the material is a problem. This precision delivery system allows adjustment for the number of pulses per min, and the quantity of each dose. (requires compressed air supply) The standard flood system is retained for cutting solid material and the operator can simply switch between systems.

Fully adjustable swarf brush, powered directly from the bandwheel essential for maximising blade life and improving cut finish.

Solid carbide precision blade guides that are automatically tensioned hydraulically and relaxed when not in use.

Hydraulic Vice

Full stroke hydraulic vice for main vice and feeder. The main vice is split to clamp both sides of the sawblade for more stability and no offcut break away nib.

Hydraulic Blade Tension

Exact blade tension is applied using a hydraulic system

Arm Moving System With Vice

A very useful device that automatically synchronised the moving guide arm with the vice position. This guarantees optimum blade support at all times preserving blade life and optimising cutting performance.
