Kesmak KME 280 Band Saw

Roller feed automatic horizontal bandsaw for production cutting of solid and sectional metal materials. Featuring servo drive with PLC control offering storage for 99 programs of cutting data and cutting stroke adjustment to optimise cycle times. This is a lower cost option to the very popular NC shuttle vice design automatic style band saws and an ideal starter machine for heavier workloads and sporadic use alike.

All Kesmak bandsaws come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty.

Addimist Bandsaw

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended for cutting tubes and sectional material where flood lubricant loss through the material is a problem. This precision delivery system allows adjustment for the number of pulses per min, and the quantity of each dose. (requires compressed air supply) The standard flood system is retained for cutting solid material and the operator can simply switch between systems.
