Addimist Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended for cutting tubes and sectional material where flood lubricant loss through the material is a problem. This precision delivery system allows adjustment for the number of pulses per min, and the quantity of each dose. (requires compressed air supply) The standard flood system is retained for cutting solid material and the operator can simply switch between systems.

Blade Deviation Control
The blade deviation control allows to always have the perfect alignment and blade position and it also has automatic detection and stops the cutting process in case of breakage.
Saw Frame
XS1250 has a heavy rigid steel saw frame for maximum stability and vibration absorbtion. Mounted on a large steel column with precision linear guides. To increase the cutting performance, the bandsaw has a very high blade tension (2000kg/cm2).
Cutting Table
The machine is intended to cut big size solid materials it has a wide working area able to support big volume pieces thanks to the 10 electric motorized rolls managed by inverter; 7 rolls support the material before the blade, while 3 are placed after the band. All the rollers can be moved together or independently (before and after the cut) to ease the piece detachment process so that the blade could ascent without scratching the cut piece: this system is crucial when cutting hard or special steels.

Vice
Powerful hydraulic vice mounted on precision linear rails with bearings and a vice height of 700mm.
Blade guides
Solid carbide blade guides hydraulically tensioned; and massive pre twist roller bearings ensure that maximum blade life, accuracy and precision are delivered.
Hydraulic Control System
Hydraulic unit provides for low noise level and constant working pressure. The unit turns on only for vices, hydraulic blade guides and blade tension device movements; when the pressure level dramatically lowers (detected by pressure switches), the unit will turn on automatically. (the unit has vice pressure reducer supplied as standard).
Blade Tension
Blade tensioning system is adjustable based on the material and is provided by a 180mm diameter hydraulic cylinder while the machine software checks the tension to have it perfectly set. If the machine isn’t used for a while, the automatic control will release the band to avoid useless stress and strain on it. If a breakage is detected, the cutting process immediately stops.

XS is equipped with an endless screw type chip conveyor.
