Imet H601 NC F500 & F1500

A very flexible machine ideal for the busy workshop that requires the automatic cycle for production sawing and the manual swing head which is generally used in semi-automatic mode for one way mitre cuts. The inclined sawblade makes this machine ideal for square sectional material as this approach offers the line of least resistance through this type of material. The H601 is also a very capable machine when encountering solid materials which make it a very popular choice.

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended for cutting tubes and sectional material where flood lubricant loss through the material is a problem. This precision delivery system allows adjustment for the number of pulses per min, and the quantity of each dose. (requires compressed air supply) The standard flood system is retained for cutting solid material and the operator can simply switch between systems.

Cutting Control

7-inch touch screen display (with simple and intuitive graphics for different quantities and lengths on the same bar. the operator can to store up to 99 cutting programs by automatically calculating the thickness of the blade, the total number of pieces to be cut, setting the cutting lengths and managing the automatic cutting cycle..

Cutting Table

The H601-NC is intentionally produce with a large cutting table to fully support wide section material.

Material Feeder

Feeder length is 500mm (available also 1500mm) with automatic stroke repetition, transmission on precision 32mm diameter  ball screws with powerful servo motor. 30 mm minimum cutting length and 100mm minimum scrap-end. The tolerance for every single feeder stroke is +/- 0.2mm on rectilinear bars. The feed vices open both sides to accommodate out of tolerance material and reduce marking.

Saw Frame

H 601-NC has a heavy rigid steel saw frame for maximum stability and vibration absorption. Mounted on a large steel column with precision linear guides. To increase the cutting performance, the bandsaw has a very high blade tension (2000kg/cm2).

6° blade inclination

The 6° blade inclination has considerable benefits when cutting square and flat material. With sectional material the line of least resistance is followed through the entire cut. With solid the initial contact is not across the entire width. All of these benefits add up to extended blade life faster cutting times and less stress on the machine components.

Material detection device

Mechanical material height detection device, fast approach to the material then the device switches to the selected feed speed for cutting and then returns automatically to 5mm above the workpiece for fast repetition cutting.

Horizontal supporting roll

The machine has a supplementary support roll placed on the loading side for a better support to the material even on bigger sizes.


A short stroke hydraulic vice is fitted. This method is safer than full stroke designs, and eliminates the chance of damaging the exposed piston shaft. The gap adjustment is by handwheel on lead screw.

Variable blade speed

The machine is equipped with ESC, electronic inverter for variable speed so that it’s suitable to cut different materials.

Cutting Control

Mobile control panel to set all of the cutting parameters including LED machine diagnostic indicators.

Loading/unloading roller table(Optional)

Loading and unloading side roller table. Single element has a 1.5m length with a capacity of 1500kg and 1 leg.
