CENTRALIZED SYSTEMS – These are the systems with the highest technological content of the oil mist division where Italyvacuum can express its full potential and in which it contains all its innovations, the result of years of experience lived all over the world. Centralized systems for industrial vacuum are designed to eliminate oil mists, vapors, fumes that come from the most varied processes in order to make the working environment as healthy as possible while contributing to environmental protection.

All functions can be managed in the traditional way or through the TCS – “Touch control station” (Human Machine Interface), a control panel with advanced “touch screen” technology and a powerful management software that through icons and acoustic signals allows it to be used even by beginners in the sector, making any operation extremely easy and intuitive.

The systems are normally designed in order to convey the mists coming from different machines within a factory to a single collection point and the powers are sized from time to time according to different parameters to be carefully verified on the site of installation.

They can be placed both inside and outside the factory and allow the emulsifying oil collected to be recycled in special containers.
