Time served knowledge and in-depth experience on a range of machinery is crucial when considering applicants for customer serving roles within Addison Saws. We are pleased to announce the addition of two such personnel to the Customer Service Team based in our Stourbridge premises in the West Midlands, which adds further value to our commitment to after sales service.

Neil Clarke, originally from Emmegi brings with him 8 years of extensive experience within the aluminium processing sector and has followed colleague Kyle Shenton’s recent steps by joining the Addison engineering team. His expertise has already proven to be invaluable in the installation and servicing needs of the steel side of the business as well as assisting our CNC machining centre customers.

Alison Walker has over 20 years of experience in customer facing roles and is adept at dealing with the complexities that come with communicating with customers on all levels. Alison’s role will require her to liaise closely with customers in finding speedy solutions to their machine servicing and repair needs and already has proved herself in being a valuable addition to the team.

Excellent after sales service is paramount here at Addison Saws and customer satisfaction is very important to our ethos as a business. We not only pride ourselves in reacting quickly and efficiently to the needs of our customers but endeavour to provide them with additional levels of knowledge and advice on how to get the best out of their machines which is vital in taking their business forward.

In total we now have twelve customer service personnel based at Addison HQ and out in the field, all dedicated to offering the very best when it comes to the installation of machines, servicing and part requirements and fast, efficient customer service.

We are always on the lookout for engineering Talent, if you or someone you know would be interested in joining the team, contact Tim Edwards on 01384 264 950.
