Automatic saw with pneumatic feeder for repetition 90deg cutting of non-ferrous metals. This competitively priced compact machine has been very well proven, and delivers consistent reliable performance. The 300mm feeder has a double index function as standard to cut up to 600mm. There is also an option for 9 times indexing if required. The machine can be configured during production with vertical and horizontal drilling/punching heads to produce simple finished components.

Drilling/Punching Heads

Available as a factory order the GAA range can be fitted with TR12 or TR20 drilling heads or bespoke punching heads to produce completed components. It is possible to mount these vertically and horizontally and on the pneumatic GAA versions there is some manual adjustment for altering the centre lines, but essentially they are mounted to produce a conceived product. The GAA-CNC versions can have these units with Y axis nc movement offering a very flexible manufacturing option.

Addimist Bandsaw

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended for cutting tubes and sectional material where flood lubricant loss through the material is a problem. This precision delivery system allows adjustment for the number of pulses per min, and the quantity of each dose. (requires compressed air supply) The standard flood system is retained for cutting solid material and the operator can simply switch between systems.

9 Times Indexing

9 times length indexing in place of standard 2 times for automatic cutting of longer lengths.

Pneumatic Extended Feeder

Factory option to have extended feeder stroke of either 500mm or 1000mm, this can be used in conjunction with the multiple index for very long lengths.

Roller support table with manual set material stop and graduated scale. 3000mm long with 280mm wide rollers (100kg point loading) available with steel rollers and neoprene coated rollers for aluminium and materials with a sensitive surface finish. Adjustable support legs are available together with connection brackets. The modules can be joined for longer lengths.
